What is Meditation and How can it help me?
Meditation is a practice that involves focusing or clearing your mind whilst being relaxed and alert. There are many benefits to Meditation including; stress reduction, promotes emotion health, physical health, enhanced awareness, improved focus and attention, helps with sleep, helps to control pain, improves blood pressure, enhances intuition, creativity and productivity.
The ‘Beyond Session‘ will run for 45 minutes and involve a type of breathwork, an intention and a guided meditation. There will be a different focus each week, which will help to build up your practice.
Beyond Session: Starting on Thursday 6th March 2025, this will run continually, 6.45-7.30pm. Cost £6 per session.
