
Meditation is a simple practice where you focus your mind (often on your breath, thoughts, or sensations) to become more calm and aware. It helps reduce stress, improve focus, boost emotional wellbeing, and support better physical health. Even a few minutes a day can make a noticeable difference.

What does a session look like?
You can choose to focus on a specific issue or area you may be struggling with, or simply enjoy a general guided session. Your chakras can be assessed beforehand, allowing us to tailor the meditation around them if you prefer. During the session, you can either lie on a treatment bed or be comfortably supported in a zero gravity chair. You will be guided with spoken instruction alongside Himalayan singing bowls and other instruments to help you focus or deeply relax.
