We are two ladies who have joined forces together to bring our combined knowledge, learning and experience to provide you a range of sessions, treatments and workshops. We offer a variety of different treatments and experiences such as; Sound Baths, Reiki, Sound Therapy, Sound Massage, Crystal Healing, Indian Head Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage, Body Scanning, Chakra Clearing, Grounding, Gua Sha Lymphatic Drainage & Ice Globe Facials, Reflexology, Hand Reflexology, Facial Reflexology, Acupressure Massage, Cord Cutting, Room Clearing, Card Reading, Meditation sessions and a range of workshops. We operate most of our sessions, treatments and workshops in our own dedicated studio – in the heart of Dronfield, where we can have up to 6 people for sessions, we also have 6 zero-gravity chairs* for those who prefer not to be on the floor. We are fully equipped with mats, blankets, pillows, etc. We also have two treatment beds so you can have treatments as a couple or with a friend or loved one too. Everything to create an intimate, warm, tranquil atmosphere where you can truly relax, replenish and revive…

* the Zero-Gravity Chairs we use within our sessions have a maximum weight limit of up to 100kg/220lb/15.7stone. Exceeding this weight limit may cause personal injury and damage to the chair. Clients using the chairs do so at their own risk and Shala Healing are not responsible for any injuries or accidents caused by clients using the chairs. Shala Healing accept no responsibility or liability for clients using the chairs. If you are at all unsure, please do not use.

1:1 Treatments

We offer a range of amazing holistic treatments, from; Reiki, Crystal Healing, Sound Therapy/Massage, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Chakra Balancing, Aura Cleansing, Card Readings and more… Treatments can be booked as 1:1 or as a couples treatments.

Evening Sessions

We run a range of sessions in the evenings, from; Sound Baths, Relax with Reiki, Chill with Crystals and Meditation Sessions.

Private sessions can also be arranged by appointment. These are usually available on Wednesday/Friday evenings and weekends. Please click HERE to see the Private Session page.

Workshops

We run a range of workshops, paid for and free! From Singing Bowls, Facials, Energy, Chakra Bracelets, Crystals, Natural Fragrances, Pendulums… These normally operate at a weekend.

We can run a private workshop if there are 4 or more participants at a time to suit you – normally Wednesday/Friday evenings and weekends.

Corporate Well-being

We are now in a position to offer Corporate Well-being packages. We can offer a variety of 1:1 holistic treatments as well as group sessions.
