As we step into May, spring is in full bloom — bringing fresh energy, new beginnings, and a renewed sense of possibility. This month also marks the start of an exciting new chapter for all of us here at Shala Healing.
We’re hopefully! entering our final month at Studio 16. It has been such a wonderful space for us, but our new studio is nearly ready — and we cannot wait to welcome you through the doors.

🌟 An Important Update from Anna
After sharing and holding sound baths in partnership, I feel called to take the next step on my journey independently.
This decision comes from a deep desire to continue my holistic development, deepen my connection to sound healing, and create a pathway that truly reflects my own vision, purpose, and authenticity.
This comes from a place of personal growth — not conflict — simply a feeling that now is the right time for me to move forward on my own path.
I am incredibly grateful for the experiences, growth, and shared moments that have brought me to this point, and I now feel ready to step into this next chapter with trust, openness, and intention as my sound journey continues to unfold.
From July onwards, I will be holding sound baths and sound journeys independently, and I truly hope you will continue to join me in our beautiful new studio. Dates and details will be shared very soon.
