Finishing with the rebalancing sound of Himalayan Singing Bowls and re-aligning body balancing Tuning Forks to restore the parasympathetic nervous system, completing your journey into a zen head space. Designed to leave you floating on a cloud of bliss!
Revive
Relax and sink into a blissful state, enjoying a restoring foot and hand reflexology treatment to balance your body’s systems including the endocrine system. Focusing on the reflex points to bring the body back into it’s ideal state for self healing, improved sleep, stress reduction, improved circulation, lower blood pressure and ease aches and pains. Enjoy the relaxing and renewing scents used in your luxurious treatment package to sooth away stresses and revive the mind.
Re-Balance & Harmonize
With a pendulum, we’ll assess your Chakras, a mini-meditation will follow, according to which areas could benefit from re-alignment. Picking healing crystals to aid your Chakras bringing them back into balance whilst we play the soothing and restoring sounds of the Singing Bowls, chimes, etc to calm and re-balance your nervous system. Your treatment will finish with a healing Reiki session and Otto Chakra Tuning Forks to re-set your mind, body and spirit into a state of tranquillity.

Pause & De-stress
We’ll start this treatment with a mini-meditation designed to relax both the body and mind. We’ll then move on to a full body Hot Stone Massage with luxurious, aromatic, relaxing body oils, designed to leave your skin feeling soft, nourished and hydrated as well as reducing tensions and stresses. After your body is truly rebalanced, we’ll end the treatment with an relaxing and calming Indian Head massage, focusing on acupressure points on the face to leave you feeling like you’re floating on cloud nine.
Mind, Body & Spirit
Choose either a hand or foot treatment to work those reflex points and give a truly blissful experience to ease, relax and revive your whole self. Including the warmth of hot stones, moving over your muscles, to help melt away stress, strains, aches and pains. Extra time, treatments, can be added (dependent on package picked) or you can create your own bespoke treatments – just ask and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Pamper packages can also be enjoyed as a couples treatment, with a 10% reduction on the price of 2 people.
