The use of Tuning Forks for healing is a very gentle yet powerful modality to treat the mind, body, and soul, and helps to restore inner balance and health. It works with the nervous system, the tissues, and the more subtle energies of the body, being deeply relaxing, and filled with long-term benefits. There are two types, weighted or Otto and unweighted. Otto Tuning Forks are used on the body, whereas unweighted are used around the body in the biofield or aura.

During a Session
The practitioner may begin by using a pendulum to assess the Chakras or other areas. Our Otto Tuning Forks are attuned to the frequencies of the Chakras. We will also use a 111Hz Otto Tuning Fork, for Stress Reduction, this calming frequency is believed to help lower stress hormones and induce a state of deep relaxation, potentially easing anxiety. As well as a 128Hz Otto Tuning Fork for promoting relaxation, reducing joint pain and muscle tension, and supporting bone healing. We also have a set of unweighted Solar Harmonic Tuning Forks, which offer a range of potential benefits including relaxation, altered states of consciousness, and physical/psychic re-patterning. They can also be used to refine sonic abilities and create healing musical intervals. The specific frequencies used in these sets are designed to interact with the body’s energy centers (chakras) and nervous system, promoting balance and well-being. Your practitioner will work with you to create a bespoke session or you can relax with a general well-being treatment.
