Singing Bowl Workshop
Sunday 1st March, 1.00-4.00pm – £45 (only 4 spaces per workshop)
Join us for an immersive singing bowl workshop exploring the craft, science, and tradition behind these ancient instruments. We’ll begin by looking at how singing bowls are made and tracing their history and cultural roots, before exploring how sound, vibration, and frequency interact with the body and nervous system.
Through guided listening and hands-on practice, you’ll experience how different bowls and tones affect the body, supporting relaxation, awareness, and balance. You’ll learn practical techniques for playing singing bowls, feeling the vibrations directly and understanding how frequency and resonance can influence both physical and emotional states.
The workshop concludes with a deeply restorative 60-minute sound bath, allowing you to fully integrate the experience as you rest in waves of sound and vibration.
No prior experience needed — just curiosity and a willingness to listen.
