Mini Retreat Experience

🌙 The Awakening Ritual 🌙 – A Sacred Journey of Beauty, Breath & Light
Step into a sanctuary of stillness where beauty meets spirit.
Your experience begins with a Temple Spa facial, a soothing ritual of touch and aroma that softens the face and opens the heart — preparing you to journey inward.
Guided by the rhythm of your breath, you’ll be led into the sacred space of the Third Eye — the gateway to intuition and divine vision. Through meditation, crystals, pendulums and colour frequencies, you’ll awaken subtle energies and align with higher consciousness. The ethereal tones and frequencies of singing bowls and Otto tuning forks weave through your aura, clearing energetic pathways and restoring harmony to body and soul. Your journey concludes with a Reiki blessing, channelling pure universal light to ground, balance, and illuminate your being.

Energy Workshop
Saturday 8th November
10.30-12.30pm – £5
(option to make a pendulum after the workshop for an additional cost – £8)
We had such fun teaching people about energy at our last workshop, that we’re running it again!
We have space for 10 people to come and learn all about energy, how it can affect us, how we can change it and a chance to use tools to detect it! We will learn how to see, detect and feel our biofield/aura and the chance to have a go at using pendulums and dowsing rods to detect energy from living and non living objects.
All refreshments are included for a small donation of £5 for this 2 hour workshop. Space are limited to 10, so if you’d like to book on; text, call, email or message to secure your place.
There is the option to stay after the workshop and make your own pendulum to take home for just £8. Please let us know at the time of booking if you’d like to add this on.
The workshop will be held at our studio on Mill Lane in Dronfield. There is a large secure, private car park available. Details will be sent once you’ve booked on.
Chakra Workshop

Chakra Workshop, 1-2.30pm – (option to make a Chakra Bracelet with semi-precious beads and add essential oils after the workshop – £10-14)

Chakra Bracelet & Sound Bath Workshop
Join us for a fabulous two and a half hour workshop, where we’ll show you how to make a gorgeous Chakra bracelet with semi-precious crystals and sterling silver beads. You will also be adding lava beads to the bracelet so that you can infuse them with a calming or uplifting essential oil blend. You’ll learn what the different chakras are, the colours, corresponding area on the body, their meanings and associated crystals. We’ll then finish with a 60 minute sound bath, leaving you feel relaxed and revitalised. Herbal teas & biscuits included too!

Basic Crystal Workshop
Join us for a fantastic two and a half hour workshop and learn all about crystals! Have you ever wondered how to connect with them, program them, how to cleanse and charge them and then incorporate them into your day? We’ll be looking at seven different crystals, properties and how to use them. You’ll get to choose your seven crystals and then we’ll be programming one of them with a special intention (which we’ll be writing on some beautiful card). Herbal teas & biscuits are included too!

In this two and a half hour workshop, learn how to use herbs, spices, plants & trees from the garden to create your own amazing loose incense blends. You’ll find out about the meanings and uses behind the different ingredients, and then have the opportunity to mix your own blend and decorate a wooden box to store it in.
